The Coordinating Comprehensive Care for Children project (4Children) documented the work of the Lea Toto and APHIAplus Nuru ya Bonde program in Kenya to promote HIV testing and services (HTS) for children orphaned or made vulnerable to HIV (OVC).  The purpose of the case study is to promote learning from OVC programs that have successfully designed interventions and approaches to increase HTS for children.

The case study details the process steps of each program in linking children to testing, care, treatment and support.  The detailed steps are followed by an identification of the promising practices across the two programs as well as the gaps and challenges that need to be addressed to improve on HTS within OVC programs.
