These pathways to service provision for victims and survivors of gender-based violence are a joint work of multiple Ministries of the Government of Sierra Leone. The National Referral Protocol describes the roles and responsibilities for each of the government and non-government stakeholders. The document also includes data collection and case coordination responsibilities and a visual representation of the referral pathway.
