This harmonized case management toolkit builds on Ugandan experience and lessons identifying, enrolling, supporting, and graduating vulnerable children and families out of program support. The case management toolkit is comprised of two documents: Case Management Standard Operating Procedures for Child Programming in Uganda and Case Management Tools for Child Programming in Uganda.
