This tool, developed by PEPFAR, USAID and Duke University, is a framework for holistic assessment of six domains of a child’s wellbeing. It should be used by service providers to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) to monitor and evaluate child well-being in their organization and/or country. It provides a comprehensive way of assessing how close OVC programs are to improving child outcomes and monitoring the well-being of children and households.
