There is strong evidence of the cyclical relationship between HIV and violence and that achieving an AIDS-free generation will mean protecting children from violence, abuse and neglect.  This short checklist provides practical guidance on how to link HIV and child protection policy and programming by suggesting actions for actors in both sides of programming (i.e.; HIV or child protection.)  The guidance includes a table with priority areas for action–including the entry points, actions, identified actors, and intended positive outcomes for HIV and child protection communities.
