This commentary identifies the many gaps that exist in moving policy at global, national, and local levels to ensure that youth are being factored into the 90-90-90 goals in Africa.  The authors identify the national policy gaps, the facility procedural gaps, implementation barriers–and specifically gender-specific implementation barriers–and gaps in family, community and social support for adolescents.  The authors suggest 5 key components for moving youth-related HIV policies into practice.
