On June 14, 2017, the OVC Task Force hosted a webinar on Coordinating Clinic and Community Services through Case Management.

Presenters shared their experiences implementing facility/community linkage approaches using different OVC programming models. These include: a clinic and community-based OVC programming model (SIDHAS) and comprehensive, community-based OVC programming models that include collaboration with clinical partners (APHIAPlus and BETTER OUTCOMES).
