About the webinar:

The Coalition strives to be ‘ahead of the curve’; to anticipate what major challenges and opportunities lie ahead for children and adolescents affected by HIV and their caregivers, and to be ready to address them effectively.  Picking up on issues for which there is only emerging evidence, spotting new trends, and identifying forthcoming opportunities that could be of benefit.  Coalition Members then work together to learn more about these issues, to champion more rigorous evidence-gathering about them, and make the most of opportunities.

This virtual session will reflect upon emerging areas of evidence and how they could impact on the Coalition’s strategy.  There will be particular emphasis on supporting children and adolescents in the context of COVID – both the challenges as well as the opportunities.  The session will be co-chaired by our esteemed Scientific Adviser Members of the Coalition, Professor Lorraine Sherr and Professor Lucie Cluver. It is part of the Coalition’s two-day Business Meeting in which Members gather to share cutting-edge information and plan together strategic global advocacy and learning activities.

This year, we are opening out this session to a broader group of key stakeholders who are critical for global research, programming, funding and policymaking.  We have identified you as a thought leader whom we would very much like to participate.
