This publication puts social workers in their rightful place on the front lines of the fight against HIV. Through chapter case studies, the work of social workers is highlighted in the work to end HIV infections, stigma, and AIDS-related deaths. Examples are also given of social workers’ macro-level work on policy and professional development in the fight against HIV.
