This document is designed to help service providers to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) to improve quality of services to reach the most children. The document gives an understanding of Quality improvement (QI) as a way to organize and harmonize the provision of care by engaging people at the point of service delivery to evaluate their own performance and decide how they could organize themselves to do their jobs better.
