Although significant progress has been made over the past 15 years in terms of access to ART, still today roughly 60% of people living with HIV do not have access to medication. To address service delivery gaps, practitioners are employed in a care delivery value chain framework in order to improve the quality of care received by patients, particularly children living with HIV, across the care continuum. Service gaps were identified through a series of semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders. The data gathered from these meetings were used to design and plan annual quality improvement programming, with positive improvements demonstrated after the 12 month cycle.
