The US. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) mandates monitoring, evaluation, and reporting guidance with essential survey indicators.  This training manual is for facilitators who will train data collectors to administer the standardized outcome indicator survey.  This training manual complements the  Collecting PEPFAR Essential Survey Indicators: A Supplement to the Orphans and Vulnerable Children Survey Tools Guide, which comprises the data collection tools and the data analysis plan.
