Core Module 1: Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation

This monitoring and evaluation facilitator’s guide was designed for training of program staff and implementing partners with FHI360 in order to build and enhance the skills necessary to conduct and carry out high quality monitoring and evaluation activities. The goal of this training guide is to improve programs that are striving to prevent new cases of HIV and support for those infected. Core topics in this module include an introduction to monitoring and evaluation; collecting, analyzing and using monitoring data; and developing a monitoring and evaluation work plan.
