My skills, my money, my brighter future in Rwanda: An assessment of economic strengthening interventions for adolescent girls

This assessment examines three economic strengthening approaches used in Catholic Relief Service’s Out-of-School Adolescents Support Project, funded by UNICEF. Vocational training programs, school farming programs and saving and lending programs were assessed to inform future program designers/managers, donors and policymakers on best-practices for economic strengthening interventions. This assessment also encourages program designers to direct attention to the specific vulnerabilities and needs of adolescent girls.
