Home visiting is a key service in OVC programs in order to provide psychosocial support and referrals for many types of services. Few studies have been done, however, on the effectiveness of home visiting for increasing update of HIV testing and counseling. This study looks at the impact of a home visiting program in South Africa on increase of HIV testing and services.
