This paper, created by a coalition of agencies after the Convention on the Rights of the Child, consolidates examples and lessons learned about holistic systemic frameworks to strengthen child protection. This coalition is in response to the increasing need for harmonization on approaches to system strengthening work and evidence of best practices. The focus is on harmonized actions across regions that reflect country contexts and includes recommendations for sustainability. This document is intended to increase knowledge and best practices to improve system strengthening for vulnerable children.
