Catholic Relief Services and the Changing the Way We Care (CTWWC) consortium is seeking a qualified and dynamic Global Director to lead the CTWWC vision, team, and platform forward over the coming five+ years. The CTWWC Global Director (GD) will provide overall leadership and managerial oversight for CTWWC and is responsible for ensuring timely, successful project implementation, oversight and reporting of activities, sound resource mobilization strategies, and all project deliverables. Working closely with the CTWWC consortium, staff, partner organizations, and key stakeholders, the GD will also ensure the administrative and financial integrity of the project. The GD provides high-level donor and stakeholder representation, and is responsible for overall consortium management and member relationships.

The GD will be based in CRS’ headquarters offices in Baltimore, Maryland. Reporting into a governing board comprising executive leadership from the three consortium partner organizations, the GD will oversee a team of senior staff, most of whom will be co-located in Baltimore; however, there will also be some remote management of staff in European locations, as well as oversight of relevant country program leads. Significant travel will be expected.
